Today we had the visit of an amazing kid that uses a hearing device.
He came with his mother and they told us their testimony about what they have gone through to get the devise and all the things they have done to improve the boy´s health.
When his mother was telling the story all the teachers that were listened to it got tears on their eyes...It thouched our heart.
His English teacher is very proud of him. She helps him with the devise. She also had tolearn how to use it. The divise helps the student to hear what the teacher says when he is in the classroom without any distraction or disturbance from the students around.
At the end of their visit, we all congratulate the mother for the big effort she has been doing to help his son for so many years and still...unbelieveable.
I hope all teachers follow this big example and help their students that have curricular accomodations...
A huge example of life....
